1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing noirwear.pk or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our services. These terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan.

2. Orders and Pricing

All prices are in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion, including in cases of pricing errors. You will be notified and fully refunded if your order is cancelled.

3. Payment

We accept major credit and debit cards, bank transfers, and selected digital wallets. Payment is taken at the time of order. All transactions are encrypted via TLS and processed by PCI-DSS compliant payment providers.

4. Shipping

We offer delivery across Pakistan and international shipping to selected countries. Delivery estimates are provided at checkout and are not guaranteed. We are not liable for delays caused by couriers, customs, or circumstances beyond our control.

5. Returns and Exchanges

• You may return unworn, unwashed items in original packaging within 14 days of delivery.
• Final sale items, intimates, and custom orders are non-returnable.
• Refunds are processed within 5–10 business days of us receiving the return.
• Shipping costs for returns are borne by the customer unless the item is faulty.

6. Product Descriptions

We make every effort to display colours and details accurately. Minor variations in colour due to screen calibration are not considered defects. Sizing information is provided as a guide — please consult our size guide before ordering.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on this website — including text, images, logos, and designs — is owned by Noirwear (Pvt) Ltd or its licensors. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our express written consent.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, NOIR is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services or products. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the order in question.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance. We recommend reviewing this page periodically.
