Shipping Rates

• Standard shipping across Pakistan is Rs 250.
• Enjoy free shipping on all orders over Rs 5,000.
• Pay in advance by bank transfer and shipping is free, regardless of order value.
• The exact shipping charge for your order is always shown at checkout before you pay.

Delivery Timelines

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days. Once dispatched, delivery typically takes:

• Major cities (Karachi, Lahore, Islamabad): 2–4 business days
• Other cities and towns: 4–7 business days

Delivery estimates begin from the date of dispatch, not the date of order. Timelines are indicative and may vary during sale periods, on public holidays, or due to courier or weather disruptions beyond our control.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number by email and SMS. You can follow your parcel any time on our Track Order page.

Returns & Exchanges

• You may return or exchange unworn, unwashed items in their original condition and packaging, with tags attached, within 14 days of delivery.
• Final sale items, intimates, and custom or made-to-order pieces are not eligible for return or exchange.
• To start a return, contact us with your order number and we'll share the return instructions and address.
• Return shipping costs are borne by the customer unless the item is faulty, damaged, or incorrect.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll notify you of approval. Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method (or as store credit for cash-on-delivery orders) within 5–10 business days. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos. We'll arrange a free replacement or full refund, including any return shipping.
